Why should I support Rise In Faith, Inc.?

Know this—when the economy is bad, nonprofit agencies are sometimes the only places people can turn to for help. Unfortunately, during these same times, when local agencies experience higher demand, we receive fewer individual donations or corporate support.

Nonprofit agencies  - the  fabric of our communities.

Most agencies go along doing their work with very little awareness or recognition from the public for a variety of reasons. During difficult times, individuals and businesses tend to withdraw their annual support to the local nonprofits and give to the very large disaster relief efforts, which we understand.  We are local people helping local people so please don’t forget about the agencies that are helping those right here in Houston.

Look through each of our program pages on this site, examine our services and get a feel for the hundreds we serve each year.

If you wish to designate your donation to a particular program, we are more than happy to oblige, but please do give whatever you can. A thousand people who donate $5 each = $5,000! Every little bit counts. We do not hound our sponsors with numerous appeals every year. Your money goes to service—not payroll, advertisement, etc. Every dollar donated helps someone in our community.
